Jardwim: human ranger, 35, wild mane of brown hair, full brown beard. In charge of patrols outside the city walls. Since the Storm has somewhat taken over the information gathering network in the city, still commands 250 men who make periodic forays into the more hostile parts of the city.

Rulathon: human paladin of Tempus, god of justice, 40, neat black hair and mustache. In charge of the Castle's permanent garrison of 250 men.

Hrusse of Assuran: human martial priest of Assuran, the Unther god of revenge, 35, bald and clean shaven. Responsible for Sea Ward.

Morim Belain: dwarven berserker, 70, grey beard. Responsible for Dock Ward.

Bheest: large warrior, always wears his black helm. Responsible for Dock Ward.

Tzarrakyn the Younger: human warrior, 26, long brown hair worn tied back, formerly lieutenant of the Watch until it was absorbed into the Guard. Responsible for Trades Ward.

Ilya Conn: human female warrior, 30, plain, red hair. Responsible for Castle Ward.

Olophin: human warrior, 30, dark skinned Calishite, curly black hair. Responsible for South Ward.

Terresk: half-orc, 35, enlarged lower canines, sparse black hair. Responsible for the City of the Dead.

Padishar Creel: human warrior, 30, handsome, short black hair. Responsible for North Ward.

Marketplace: still operating, though always swarming with Shieldbreakers. Many small scale melees have erupted here between the Guards and the Shields

Spires of the Morning (Lathander, 43): High Priestess Ghentilara; the temple is packed with "refugees" from the city
